For perfect Sunday afternoon

Why should all the notebooks should be rectangular? Only because our pockets, purses, bags are mostly rectangular? Well, this triangular notebook gives you ample space to jot down your ideas. And two triangles can make a rectangle, i.e. you can carry two notebooks.
You can buy them here.

Notebook Stories: A Blog About Notebooks, Journals, Moleskines, Blank Books, Sketchbooks, Diaries and More
Around by O-Check
I’m always amazed by the designing ideas of Korean stationary. This time I’m talking about stationaries by O-Check Design Graphics. They are simply beautiful and serene. And this collection called “Around” is supposed to be on the occasion of 10th anniversary of the company. It is sad that I didn’t know about them, but I’m sure that their products are going to be the next buy from me.
This blog post by Field Notes gives you good review of these limited edition products. Interested buyers can get them from this Australian online shop. I’m sure you’ll love it.
Do-Doodle Planner Journal
Somehow I like this Do-Doodle Planner. It is clean and neat, moreover, it has wonderful dotted pages for doodling. These look more like the Korean stationary I bought, but I wouldn’t mind to get these planner someday. One can put his/her own schedule for any week of any year, since calendar is not printed on it. I like this freedom.

NoteSlate /// intuitively simple monochrome paper alike tablet device
I guess I’m gonna buy this when it is released. For the price of $99, it is worth almost 4 large size Moleskine notebooks. And this device is meant primarily only for taking notes. The eInk display will definitely give you the feeling of writing on paper. It is supposed to get battery life of almost 3 weeks based on daily use, that’s great! It is poised to be released in June 2011 and I’m pretty sure, we’ll hear about it more often. Click here for more details.
Whitebook from makers of Whitelines

Whitebook, from a maker of Whitelines series of notebooks and pads, is nothing but more like a diary I used for 2010 from X17. But this one has support for iPad and Kindle. And these notebooks are made in Switzerland, i.e. lot more expensive. But I wouldn’t mind try it out. If you are interested, you can check it out on their website. It’s, in fact, a cool website, where you can try out different brushes interactively whithin browser. And, of course, you can create cool sketches. Nice marketing strategy though! :-)
